This seems like a stupid question, but I was told off for the first time in CVS for swatching liquid lipstick for health concerns which I understand- but I'm going to Ulta today and looking to buy new concealer. I don't want to buy one if I'm not sure if it's my color but I wanted to know if Ulta bans any swatching? I will take the saftey precautions like asking for a new testing tube, etc- I just want to know if Ulta allows it or not.
