Over ripe bananas?!

Question

So I’ve been letting my bananas sit to make banana muffins and as I was peeling them I noticed a tiny bit of mold on the peel. The bananas themselves aren’t black, but as I started mashing then there’s these tiny black dots inside. Is that mold? Or seeds?

Black dots are the seeds. As for mold on the peel, that doesn't really affect the  banana itself, especially if it was at the top part of the bunch. I work in produce and moisture tends to build up in the boxes of bananas so sometimes the tops (roots? stumps? IDK) get a little moldy.
