accuracy of a test ??

I’m testing tomorrow morning with a first response test which will be 20 days after sex and my period is due thursday. Plan B directions said to take a test if you haven’t gotten your period within 3 weeks. I would wait for my period but I took plan B so I’m not sure if it’ll come. If i test tomorrow morning with the first pee, will it be accurate?

If you were pregnant, a positive would definitely show 20 days after sex. So if its negative it will be safe to say your not pregnant
