pregnancy symptoms or menstrual symptoms

I have pcos, but last month I started clomid, ovulated for the first time and I didn't get my bfp🙁 I didn't take clomid this month but had sex the week of ovulation accept for 2 days I missed having sex. so 3 days after ovulation I went to the emergency room for cramping. for the first time my boob's was hurting and my nipples were also hurting. the doctors said everything looked fine, they took a pregnancy test, it was negative. the told me that I should test in a week. last night I took the dollar store pregnancy test (not an early response test) it was negative. today my nipples still hurt and my boob's hurt a little bit as well as my boob's feel heavier. today I feel like I am having my period, but Thier is no blood and my next at is set to appear in 6 days. so my question is do anyone know what is going on with my body?
