I'm 3dpo but I feel like any symptoms are my mind messing with me .

I’m 4dpo and my uterus feels heavy/bloated . Also been slightly cramping especially on my  right side

I went to the gym and had to reduce my workout drastically... I go every other day, even I'll Ive never had to reduce my workout, but I couldn't keep up

I’m 4dpo and today took a nap after waking up I woke up super sleepy and well cramps here and there but trying lot to think about it

I’m 3doo. I’m exhausted and light headed but trying not to symptom spot as I generally get like this each month anyway x
