I’ve heard from other mommas not to use sunscreen on infants under 6mo. Is this true? My ped hasn’t returned my call yet and i need to know for tomorrow and Monday what my options are for an infant at the pool. There likely won’t be much shade. I don’t want to have to stay home but will if it’s my only option. Anyone know? Baby will be 2 months old in a week

Update: Ped finally called back and said no sunscreen and baby is at risk for heat stroke to be outside for too long. I definitely used sunscreen on my other 2 kids and even went to the beach for entire days so I’m kinda feeling like a bad mom right now. 🤷🏼‍♀️
