feeling like somethings constantly in my throat?

this may sound weird i am almost 6 weeks pregnant and any time i swallow it feels as if the back of my tounge is swollen or numb more like its making me panic i havent eaten anything and i drank water idk whats going on has anyone else experienced this please say yes and tell me how to fix it

I get something like that and for me it’s a lot like the morning sickness or excessive gas and I can’t burp

I dont know if its the same but i feel like ive had a sore throat since i got pregnant even before i knew. My throat gets all swollen and sometimes scratchy. I thought at first that i was getting sick but its continued so i dont know. im 6 weeks too
