Raised area on breast?

So this morning when putting on my bra I noticed a raised  area painless soft no signs of being bit by anything. I’m worried and hoping it goes away by morning. Any ideas ?

It honestly almost looks a little bit bruised. Did you accidently run into a wall or is your water pressure high in your shower maybe?
