I've been talking to this guy for a month and I already have feelings?

So. I've been talking to this guy for a little over a month, but i think i already have feelings for him? I get nervous around him, I forget stuff when i'm around him, etc, it's A LOt. i love being around him, just his presence gives me goosebumps. this is all crazy to me because this NEVER happens to me at all. It usually takes me a minute to know if i'm really feeling someone or not. He tells me he likes me a lot also, he's mad sweet and i get a crazy amazing vibe about him... I feel like i should go with my gut and tell him how i feel? or is it too early? is he gonna think i'm crazy? Idk what to do but each day that passes I feel myself growing more and more fond of him. someone PLEASE help
