6 wks pregnant and I spent the last 5 days tachycardic (fast heart rate) and SOB (shortness of breath) with exertion. I was sweaty ... thirsty.

Everyone kept insisting ... “your just pregnant” but I’m a medical professional and a heart rate of 120 just because I went to pee is not normal.

I went to the ER and Im not diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism... I’m so bummed because the antithyroid meds and beta blockers are not safe for baby drugs (class C & D) but neither is my condition.

Anyone else have experience, insight, advice on this situation.

Hyperthyroidism isn’t a commonly heard of pregnancy issue.
