Get dates/relationships

How do I get guys to ask me out? I’m a black 20 year old woman and haven’t had anyone ask me out for a date or anything in over 3 years. Guys never look at me in that way. Sometimes I think it’s because I’m black. Every time I like a guy he always treats me horribly but treats every other woman in his life like a queen. It really hurts me and I think it’s now a me thing and there’s something wrong with me. I’m always kind and nice to people so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. What should I do?
