BBT/OPK help

Still pretty new to bbt/opk monitoring. Month 4 of TTC. Had positive OPK CD16, today is CD31 and 2 days late, negative pregnancy test but positive OPK again?! Very strong cramps and backache. Here’s my chart-it’s all over the place. Have I ovulated? Any chance I just need to retake pregnancy test in a few days?
