Cervix open or closed?

This is my first time really checking my cervix so I am a little new to how it should feel. When I check mine it feels like the bottom picture. Does that mean it’s open or closed? I do already have 1 child but I had her by C-section because I could only get dilated to an 8. I have been checking my cervix everyday since after I ovulated and it has always felt high and like the bottom picture. Thanks for your help!
