my son came home from his dad's yesterday with a rash all over his body. he said the only thing he did different was use a different soap. he is very itchy and has a low grade fever. he's acting himself too. I have been giving him benadryl and Tylenol and it seems to help a little bit. his doctor isn't in until Monday so I'm just wanting some opinions on what you guys think it looks like before I take him to the ER. He had also got his vaccines last Friday. I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.
