Devastated

I got my positive Wednesday morning. Went to the doctor Friday blood test showed hcg was 13. Woke up today was bleeding and went to the ER. HCG was a 6 and they said that I am miscarrying. I’m so devastated. My boyfriend was so excited and now I had to tell him I’m no longer pregnant and I can’t stop crying. I’m so lost.
