Ttc causing irregular period?

I was always so regular, 28 day cycles like clockwork, until ttc! Now my periods are late and I get brown spotting beforehand, I guess from stress. It makes thing much more ambiguous, anybody with me??

Also, why can’t Aunt Flo come early and catch me off guard, rather than coming late so I freak out and get my hopes up?

I went from a 28 day cycle to 24-33 when i started ttc because of the stress. The thing that helped me was vitex 1200 mg/day. But i heard that vitex actually caused some women irregular cycles. But that helped me, now i have a 30 day cycle, my af is lighter and i don't have pms symptoms anymore.

yes! I'm there. before this I knew when I'd start. when it would end. and I never spotted in between. now my body is just kinda doing whatever it wants 😂
