Opinions about CoQ10 please
Ladies! We are on our third round of
<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. I’ve been taking CoQ10 for about a month now... I know research and literature says it helps w fertility after about 3 months of taking it. Also “It Starts W The Egg” says stop all supplements when starting the stim cycle. What have you heard about continuing CoQ10 during stim as I haven’t been taking it that long? Any opinions? Thanks!!
