I don’t really know where to start but I guess I need some advice/ support.

Last month I went to A&E; with severe pain on my left side and I got told there and then that I was pregnant (been trying for 2+ years and on infertility treatment) but obviously with the pain and the scan they thought it was ectopic. They operated on me two days later and told me a cyst had burst but couldn’t find the pregnancy.

I then was discharged and seen every 48 hours to monitor my bloods & scan results as I was still in pain. My dates weren’t adding up at all and they detected scarring on my left tube so said I’d already had an ectopic pregnancy the month before and then got pregnant again..

So cutting a very long story short, on Friday (over a month after we got told we were pregnant and I had surgery) we got told that this pregnancy wasn’t viable too and I need to choose what to do next. Either I wait to miscarry naturally, book in for surgery or be induced to miscarry.. I guess I’m just stuck between being heartbroken and knowing what to do for the best?
