Confused

So recently about 2 months ago I found out I was pregnant by 4 home pregnancy test. I went to my first ultra sound in April they couldn’t find a ges. Sac so she scheduled me another ultra sound in may on the 22 where I should be measuring about 8-10 weeks. Still no sac or fetal heartbeat.

Me and my boyfriend were having unprotected sex during the whole time I was thinking I was pregnant because why not. I’m already pregnant.

The dr said that my pregnancy was not viable , so with that being said. Since we thought I was pregnant the whole time , could I be pregnant now???????
