Those of you who have an IUD, help me😭😭

I got the iud in March, and it was fine. Until lately I am suffering from breast pain and soreness that will not go away. I haven’t had any bleeding, and the breast pain continues. the ONLY time I’ve had breast pain like this is when I’ve been pregnant. But I keep taking pregnancy tests, all have been negative or had an extremely faint line that never got darker. Thinking of getting it taken out. Is this a common side effect? I have the Liletta iud which is 52 mg of a progestin hormone levonorgestrel and no estrogen. It’s similar to the Mirena

Like maybe I should get a mammogram or something? Lol I can’t stand this it’s almost constant pain.
