Is anyone struggling with constipation?

I’m 20+5 and have been constipated for DAYS. I’ve been struggling on and off throughout my entire pregnancy.
Can anyone offer some help? What meds are safe to take during pregnancy? Or better yet, are there any alternatives that I can try? I’m freaking miserable!

My Dr. suggested magnesium. Since I've been taking them I've been pooping more often and I feel much better.

Fiber such as Metamucil, milk of magnesium, and Miralax are all safe during pregnancy. However I recommend asking your doctor before taking any medication.

I just mix miralax in my coffee each morning. Dr said it was perfectly fine to use every day! It’s been helpful for me.

My midwife recommended something called Natural Calm. I just bought it myself. 🤞🏻 that it works!

Doctor told me to take colace, it’s been helping me a lot. Just give it a few days to work.

Fiber and 3 liters of water a day. Not juice/soda, but water.
