FTM...How long does it take to lose mucus plug?

I thought I lost it all the 1st-2nd day.  On day 3 and couldn't believe how much more I just lost.  Is it normal to take this long?

according to my dr you can loose some of your mucus plug but it honestly just grows back i been loosing small peaces for 10 ish weeks

The “mucous plug”’is just a build up of discharge that may or may not break up and expel as you dilate. There’s no set rules and it doesn’t mean much!
