In need of help!

So I’ve been on the pill for years and I had a period and then a full month on pill and then decided to skip so I went straight to the next packet. After a few days I kept forgetting my pill and taking it super late for like 5 days straight (I usually get my period on the 4/5 day). I then freaked cos I was getting cramps and I thought the period I skipped was trying to happen so I went back on the pill scheduled times and I still have cramps 3 weeks later..... I have a boyfriend so we are always sleeping together but we don’t use condoms since the pill works so well for me. Is this period cramps or “insemination cramps” my period should come tomorrow but idk what to do if it doesn’t :(
