Anyone else super quiet during sex?

I have anxiety and I'm scared to say anything when doing the deed. I don't want to end up saying something stupid and embarrassing myself. There's so much that goes through my mind, but I don't have the confidence to say it. Moaning and saying his name is even hard for me. I was just wondering if there were any other girls like this

For the longest time I was super quiet during literally any sexual act, I felt/feel like I just don't naturally make sounds... But I started to get asked a lot of I was enjoying it and actually had a partner stop everything and get pissed off at me because I wasn't moaning? Like he said "if you weren't enjoying it you could have said something" and stomped off, but I was enjoying it? Honestly I started forcing myself to make noises because I didn't want my partners to think I'm not having a good time. Now it's common practice for me to moan or pant but it honestly takes away some of the pleasure for me because now I'm constantly worrying if I'm making enough noise or the right sounds. It's lame AF, but hey, at least I know I'm not that weird now and that there are other quiet bed buddies.

I do both. Sometimes I’ll be super quiet and others I’m loud. He likes it better when I’m loud lol.
I was the same at first, super nervous to say anything, or make too much noise. Then one night we were having a few drinks together at home and it helped me loosen up. It was much easier after that night when I saw how much more he liked it when I wasn’t so quiet.
