advice needed.

Hello you lovely lot, I am currently 10w and 5d pregnant. Me and my partner agreed to wait till our first scan to announce (12w) so it's only me and him that know. My sister in law announced her pregnancy a few days ago to all the family at just 6w and today she has lost the baby, the advice I'm needing is I was really excited to announce our pregnancy to everyone but now I just feel bad and don't know how to tell them I'm pregnant?
