Family problems

So a few years ago my grandad,on my dads side, died and it caused massive arguments in my family as to who got his inheritance. My mum had to stick up for my dad as he had a stroke around 20 years ago so she was fighting for his side of it which got my dads Mum annoyed so they had massive arguments which has ended in them hating eachother so my mum stops me from seeing my dads side of the family and gets annoyed when my dad sees them. I really miss them and want to see them becuase most of them I can’t even remember or haven’t met but I don’t want it to start more arguments what do I do
