Might be TMI... but I really need some advice.

I am currently CD 12, normal cycles have been like 27-29 days. Husband and I BD (using pre seed) this morning around 9am... I just now (at 4pm) checked for CM and cervix position. I am having the toughest time trying to find the opening to my cervix... I found it once last night and it didn’t really seem soft 🤷🏼‍♀️ but once again that was the only time I really felt the opening.. all other times I keep hitting I guess the outer wall edge? Any positions help you better than others to feel for the cervix?? I am a petite women so maybe my fingers aren’t long enough to reach?? HELP 😩

Pic is what I pulled out when I checked CM this afternoon. Would this still be left over semen and lube? Or EWCM?
