He never wants to touch me!

My boyfriend never wants to touch me and today I confronted him about it and he says he just dost like touching “down there” as he put it by I told him don’t think it’s fair that I will do everything he wants when he wants to make him cum but he won’t do the same. So I told him that if that’s how it’s gonna be then I don’t wanna have sex or do anything because it’s not fair! And he got mad! I need advice on where to go from here, please help
