Almost one year of mariage and he’s cheating on me

We’ve been married fir almost one year we had a lot of issues in the beginning but we were good yesterday i found that he was talking and flirting with Other girls

What should do?

Of course i show him everything i found he try to escape the conversation and lie but at the end he confess

He said he wasn’t doing something bad he did that coz I’m not paying enough attention for him blablabla

I’m so confused now part of me want to leave coz i know he’ll do it again
