Does everyone have pregnancy symptoms already?

Had a mc this winter so I think I’m being paranoid but I don’t feel pregnant yet. Got my bfp yesterday which makes me 4 wks 1 day today I think but I don’t have breast tenderness or nausea or anything. I’m worried this pregnancy is going to end the same way I guess. Do most of you have pregnancy symptoms? 😬 Thanks in advance

My nipples are Alil sore n i pee and get hungry a lot and tired but that’s really it so far

I’m 4 weeks 4 days and the only symptoms I have is getting tired and NEEDING a nap to make it through the day, sore breasts, and hungry all the time! I got my positive a week ago today!

Almost 5 weeks here. I have mild  cramping, sore breasts, and increased thirst and hunger.  I’m surprised because I didn’t expect to have any symptoms this early.

Nope! Nothing for me either. Everything I read says symptoms don’t really get going till around week 6, so just take this time now as a blessing. Morning sickness will be here before you know it.

My only real symptom is no period yet lol...I just weaned my 15 month old so my boobs are used to being sore, I had a MC in Dec but this time it feels different- I’m hoping and praying for a healthy pregnancy for all of us!
