This is the top of my belly. I also have a couple of itchy spots by my belly button.

Puppps is usually inside of the stretch marks, or at least begins there on your abdomen and spreads. I have it.

When I had pupps with my daughter it was all over my entire body. Similar to the picture someone else posted. That just looks like a heat rash.

I think it’s just acne. I had similar bumps and they’ve since disappeared. I think PUPPS is more like a rash.
