Anyone else?

So my son will be turning one tomorrow!! Ahhh crazy!! Anyway,, am I the only crazy mama still afraid to give their LO a blanket? He sleeps in his crib at night on just a fitted sheet wearing his footie pajamas. My husband thinks I'm nuts..  lol am I the only one?

We haven’t used a blanket yet, only sleep sacks. Probably when the weather starts getting cool in the fall we might try one then but I think at this point she’d just kick it off. She moves a lot in her sleep.

I'm the same way! My daughter will be one on the 4th and she still sleeps in a sleep sack. I'm not sure she'd even stay under a blanket anyway, she's a crazy sleeper!

Happy birthday to your little one! We still have a while to go until my son's first. Only a few days ago, I put a blanket in his crib with him, but didn't cover him up or spread it out. It hasn't moved from where I left it 😂 He likes to 'cuddle' it with his feet occasionally, but mostly ignores it in favor of his dino plushie. I doubt he has connected what the blanket is for yet. Not very cold here so he doesn't often use one, even while out.

My son sleeps with his buddy (lovey), a small stuffed bear and his blanket. He has since around six months. If you are nervous about it though, there is no reason to rush it!

Not crazy at all! I dont foresee giving them one for a long time still - just makes me too nervous. They sleep same as yours - jammies and a fitted sheet.

My daughter demonstrated somewhat early that she could be trusted with one. As soon as she was able to roll easily from front to back I let her have one. For three nights I watched her on the video monitor and basically she just wants it to fall asleep and then sleeps curled up on her stomach. 
It’s totally up to your mama judgement, you know what’s best!
