I need some legal opinions here..

I had an ectopic pregnancy and my tube ended up rupturing so I had to have a D&C.; Lost my tube and my pregnancy. I haven’t been the same since.. I’m so depressed and that was almost half a year ago... I still can’t go near baby aisles or I’ll just break down crying. Well during a follow up after the surgery I asked for a Pap smear cause I didn’t feel right, something felt off and I was having some weird discharge. Turns out I had chlamydia (which having an std like chlamydia untreated can put you at risk for having an ectopic pregnancy) I was getting ready to murder my husband cause the only way I would of gotten it was from him cheating on me. She was like “ yea cause I tested you in Jan 2017 and ... (long pause) I apologize you were positive in Jan of 2017... I don’t know why we didn’t treat you” so I had to for over a year and that could of been why I had an ectopic pregnancy.. they left me untreated until April 2018... I’m frustrated at myself because I was with someone different and he cheated on me that’s why we broke up so I know it had to be from him. Disgusted with myself for catching the std. and mad they didn’t catch it cause you never know... I could have my baby in my arms right now possibly. Can they get in trouble for leaving my std untreated for over a year when in my medical record they did a Pap smear and it was positive but they didn’t treat it!
