should i share ALL my thoughts and feelings with my partner?

my partner knows I have anxiety and stress problems. talking to him really helps me in the long run. or at least it did... I worry I'm complaining and everything too much that it'll be too much to handle. I've tried to hide the simple stuff like more stress from school or my family but he catches in. when I don't tell him all my feelings he gets frustrated and thinks that I'm closing him off and gonna leave him (all his past relationships ended with them cheating on him). then that just ruins both of our days and yeah. I'm wondering if I should share everything with him or if I should not share everything? if I should not share everything how do I control it and hide it enough that he doesn't know. he can tell I'm even the slightest bit off before I even know sometimes and WAAAYYYYYY before my family knows. I need help. sorry
