I know this post is older but if you really want it shorter, cut a peice of by yourself so your parents have to take you to get it cut. Hahaha that's what I did.

This is my hair now. I honestly hate how long it is. I would go really short but I’m having a hard time convincing my parents into letting me do it. They just won’t go through with it.
