So I’m on and off on my birth control I’m not sexually active and my periods been back to back lately my last one ended on the 18th and now it just started again today ... is this happening because I’m on and off on the pills because it hasn’t happened before ... please help

Constantly going on and off the pill will mess with your cycle because you’re messing with hormones. If you want a consistent period try to make the decision to either be on the pill or not.
