During my oestrogen phase my BBT is generally around 35.5 C (95.9 F) and in my progesterone phase, the top being 36.4 C (97.52 F).

I get a strong LH surge before ovulation and my temperatures indicate that I ovulate. However, my BBT are on the low side; research online shows that low BBT causes fertility problems with ovulating.

Could some of you ladies share your lowest and highest cycle temp? I’d like to know what other people’s normals are before I get paranoid about my BBT! Thank you xx
