So when I was preg with my 1st kid I actually peed myself... not once but twice.

1st was at home. Went for a pee, came back into the kitchen, leaned across the kitchen sink and bam, peed myself. I was so shocked I just said straight to Ben “omg I’ve just peed myself”.

2nd time was at work! Went for a pee, was washing my hands, lent to get a paper towel and bam, peed myself again. I wore pads to work from the next day and did my pelvic floor exercises (kegels) every day on the bus after that 🤭
