I have a 3 week old, from day one at the hospital my newborn wouldnt sleep in a bassinet. I was there 3 days from a C section. I remember the nurses at the hospital kept trying and she wouldnt stop crying. One nurse even gave up and told me to let her sleep in the hospital bed with me. She would only sleep in our arms or on my chest. She is now 3 weeks and still wont sleep in a bassinet. The only time she sleeps at night is laying on my chest in bed. I try moving her to the bassinet as soon as she falls sleep but as soon as she gets moved into it she starts screaming and crying until I pick her up again.
