Can this mean something

So Sunday I went in to Triage L&D; because I thought I was leaking . which I wasnt it just a lot of discharge i didn't experienced it with my first . I was totally clueless well, the nurse told me I was only 1cm dilated and cervix still way up high so she said might be a while and I got discharge.

Now I started feeling some last night but were more like period cramps, went to bed woke up at 5 and started to feel them a bit stronger so decide to track them . Now they are waves of really strong ones each one . Can it be possible to dialted fast and baby dropping .

I might call the doctor today at 9 once they open if I'm still getting them strong and I dont get to see him til Thursday.
