OmGggg so this wonderful weekend I have spent hurled up in pain I somehow threw my back out.. can't walk, sit, lay down or get comfortable at all.. back in 2011 I had bacj surgery for the same thing.. I had slipped 3 discs and they did a laser surgery and I was perfect for years after..no pain. until now idk what I even did but I'm 8wks preggo and this is a nightmare I'm not sure what to do to even make this bearable has anyone ever had this happen??
