Diaper Pads?

Does anyone use overnight diaper pads, like Sposie pads? Do they work? Are there any other options, preferably organic?

I had to use sposie pads with my son. He was such a heavy wetter. I then realized that it was significantly cheaper to just double diaper him and it did the trick. I was eventually able to size up and that eliminated the need for double protection.
