Do I need a permit?

So my little niece wants to make a stand outside(like to sell and make money), with lemonade and fruit cut up in little cups. Do I need to have a permit or some license for this. I don’t want to get in trouble lol. Comment if you know please

It depends on where you live. I think a lot of times, if they want you to have a permit and you don’t, they’ll just tell you to stop doing it until you have one. I don’t think you’ll actually get in trouble or get fined or something unless they’re really strict there.
