UK post, please help....missed miscarriage

According to my LMP I am now 8+3 and I booked in for an early reassurance scan today only to be told there is a yolk sac but no fetal pole and it’s likely it is a missed miscarriage. The last three periods for 27, 32 and 27 days and on the month we conceived we only did it once so I know the exact date of sex and I used a clearblue fertility monitor which detected my peak days of fertility.

I’m a mess at the moment and haven’t stopped crying especially as I still have all the symptoms. I keep holding onto a small element of hope that it could be too small to detect but I think realistically this is the end of my journey.
