Pregnancy Fitnesss
Before I was pregnant, I was very active. Meaning I would take 2 hour workouts, running for an hour, etc. After I found out, it was hard but my mom encouraged me that she didn’t want me to be like her after having a baby(she never got the chance to lose the weight). So now, I’m on the treadmill almost everyday doing walking/running intervals for a half hour to 45 min. But today I experienced a tightness down where my uterus is and i was just wondering what it might be and if anyone else experienced the same
