genetic scans

I had part of my genetic scan done today and the doctor said my baby's neck is measuring big. he said it could be absolutely nothing but I need to have a cvs and/or amnio done to check for sure if the chromosomes are good or bad. has anyone had this done and it turned out to be nothing?
