Any success stories?

I’m anxiously waiting for my next appointment tomorrow. Last night I was at the doctor for 3 hours getting tested since I had light (brown) spotting for 2 days (only when I wipe). 
My HCG levels were 92 (low?). Yesterday was exactly 3 weeks from when I ovulated but technically I’m 5 weeks with how they measure pregnancy. 
Today the bleeding has significantly gone down to barely anything when I wipe. I’m scared to see what tomorrow brings.. hoping my HCG levels double by then. Has anyone gone through this and gone on to have a normal pregnancy?? Please calm my nerves! I’ve pretty much convinced myself it’s a miscarriage 😔😢
Symptoms: minimal bleeding when I wipe, very mild cramps, nausea

😧 I had bleeding when I was 6 weeks pregnant 😦 We went to the Emergency Room 🏥👨‍⚕️ and I got checked and Doctor basically was preparing for the worse 😔 then when I got an Ultrasound done they said their was a heartbeat 💓 but that I would have to go back in a week to check my Hcg levels to make sure their going up🔝. I was so terrified especially since we had tried for a year to get pregnant. I calmed my nerves and prayed for the best 🙏 Luckily Baby was still well growing inside me but since I did lose a lot of blood when I was 6 weeks pregnant all of my 3rd Trimester I was considered a High Risk pregnancy and was checked every Month 😊 Now I have a healthy and happy 3 month old 👶❤
