So I have severe anxiety depression and OCD. Alongside bipolar and slight schizophrenia. I was doing okay with meds before getting pregnant but I chose to stop them in fear of hurting my little man. I’m due in October so I’m 22 weeks. I am back to massive debilitating panic attacks where I wake up in a sweat, hyperventilating and start pacing and throwing up and shaking constantly for a minimum 1 hour. They put me back on celexa but Idt it’s helping. Any natural ways to stop the attacks or cope with them alongside a med that will take time working? And what did you mamas take for similar problems during pregnancy? Open to any suggestions, opinions or ideas! 😭
Edit to add; I’m at the point I take hydroxezine just to knock my ass out cold when they don’t stop 🙄
