Iā€™m 21 weeks and for a couple weeks now my hip pain can be unbearable! I am sleeping with 3 pillows (1 pregnancy pillow and 2 regular pillows) in an attempt to help it. Iā€™m doing prenatal yoga once a week, but I feel like nothing is really touching it. I unfortunately work a desk job with long hours which makes it significantly worse.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks! Specific stretches that help? A special chair I could get for work? Iā€™m so desperate for relief.
