Is it worth chatting your bbt if you are not getting a period? Asking bc I am ttc with pcos and not sure if you can ovulate without having monthly cycle. if so..not really sure how to read my chart...

The book Taking Charge of Your Fertility has a whole chapter in charting with anovulatory cycles. I would highly recommend reading it. After reading it, it sounds like it would be beneficial, because it would help you know when you finalltnoculate!

I know that I ovulated last cycle. I had a 21 CD progesterone blood draw and my doctor said I ovulated but my levels weren't as high as they needed to be...but am now 17 days late and so I have no idea what to do...
